The study, which examined the feasibility of a harbor barrier to protect the city of Boston from rising sea levels and flooding, was unveiled as part of the Boston Harbor Now ‘Harbor for All Summit’ in May 2018, which convened key business, civic, and community stakeholders around the most pressing issues facing Boston Harbor.
